Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact us at info@restopower.com. Once your request is approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned without an RMA number or without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and take appropriate action.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (marked “final sale”)

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process above. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless waived in writing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on all products against manufacturer defects.

  • The warranty covers only the original product value

  • It does not include labor, shipping, or incidental costs

  • We may require the item to be returned for inspection in some cases
