Which seal material do you need?
Rexroth sets the material at position 08 of the model code, where V is FKM and P is NBR. Rexroth specifies the NBR build for water glycol, so the fluorocarbon seal is not automatically the better one.
Choosing the wrong material is the most common cause of a repeat failure, because the right choice is set by the fluid in the system rather than by the pump.
