About the Role
RestoPower is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lake Orion, Michigan. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling and emailing about hydraulic and pneumatic components, answering questions, building quotes, and placing orders through our system at RestoPower.com.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
Build accurate quotes and place orders for hydraulic and pneumatic parts.
Coordinate with the shop and shipping team to keep orders on schedule.
Use our ERP/order system to track parts, customers, and follow-ups.
Keep the customer informed at every step — RestoPower's reputation rides on it.
What We're Looking For
1+ year of customer service, inside sales, or counter sales experience.
Comfortable on the phone and writing professional emails.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Hydraulic, pneumatic, or industrial parts background is a big plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

About the Role
RestoPower is hiring a hands-on, detail-driven Hydraulic Technician to evaluate, tear down, rebuild, and test hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems. You will play a key role in making sure every unit shipped from RestoPower meets our quality, performance, and reliability standards — the kind of craftsmanship that keeps our customers coming back to RestoPower.com.
Key Responsibilities
Disassemble, inspect, and evaluate hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders.
Rebuild and reassemble units to OEM and aftermarket specifications.
Operate test benches to verify performance, pressure, and flow.
Diagnose pneumatic and hydraulic failures and document root causes.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe — 5S/Lean principles.
What We're Looking For
2+ years in hydraulics, pneumatics, fluid power, heavy equipment, or strong auto/diesel mechanic background.
Comfortable reading hydraulic schematics and mechanical drawings.
Strong hands-on mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Hydraulic/Fluid Power certification a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
