Pump weights run 175 to 300 lb on the P6 to P8, 325 to 530 lb on the P11 and P14, and 750 to 835 lb on the P24 and P30. Mounting is SAE C 2-bolt on the small frames, up to SAE F 4-bolt on the P24 and P30.

It starts with P for a pump or M for a motor, then the displacement number, which is the displacement in cubic inches per revolution: 6, 7, 8, 11, 14, 24 or 30. After that comes the type (F fixed, G fixed with shuttle package, M fixed with thru-drive, N fixed with thru-drive and shuttle, V variable), the shaft code, rotation R or L, the seal code and the control options.

What is the displacement of a Gold Cup P24?

24.6 cubic inches per revolution, which is 403.2 cm3/rev. The number in the model code is the nominal displacement in cubic inches, so a P6 is 6.00 in3/rev (98.3 cm3), a P11 is 11.00 (180.3 cm3) and a P30 is 30.60 (501.5 cm3).
