Read it left to right. The factory layout on I-3203-S is (F3)-3525V(M)-**A(M)**(F)-**-22-*, and Eaton prints the same thing without the dashes, for example 3525V25A12 11AA22R.

What do the ring size numbers mean?
Each ring size code is the rated delivery of that pump in US gallons per minute at 1,200 rpm and 100 psi, the factory rating condition printed on the sheet. A 38 ring is a 38 gpm cartridge at those conditions, not at your operating speed and pressure. The ring size decides the cartridge kit, not the seal kit.

The first letter places the No. 1 outlet and the second places the No. 2 outlet, so AA puts both outlets opposite the inlet and CD puts No. 1 in line with the inlet and No. 2 90 degrees clockwise from it.
Which seal kit fits a Vickers 3525V?
One seal kit covers every standard 3525V 22-design pump, and one F3 kit covers every F3 pump. Ring sizes, cover, ports, shaft and rotation do not change it; the service sheet marks the same seal set on every one. That is why each code below links to its own kit page: the page is matched to that exact code, in Buna-N or Viton as the code calls for.
Two things do change the kit. A 3525VQ is a 20-design pump with different seals, so a VQ code never takes a 3525V kit. And pumps built for an equipment maker sometimes carry a special seal set; if your code has extra characters after the rotation letter, send it to us before you order.
