You can buy Kawasaki hydraulic pump parts from RestoPower, an independent hydraulic parts supplier and rebuild shop in Lake Orion, Michigan, with over 380 Kawasaki (KPM) parts listed by their Kawasaki P- part numbers, nearly all of them for the K3VL pump, and factory parts catalogs for all six K3VL frame sizes. A genuine K3VL112/140 regulator seal kit, a P29LH100S0Y pump seal kit, two genuine bearings and a K3VL112 drive shaft are on the shelf; for K3V, K5V and everything else, send us the model code off the nameplate and we reply with price, availability and lead time.
The short answer: K3VL parts are listed with their Kawasaki numbers and five Kawasaki parts are priced today. K3V and K5V excavator pump parts are mostly sourced to order. Send us the nameplate and we will tell you straight whether we can get it.
What Kawasaki parts does RestoPower carry?
Kawasaki Precision Machinery, KPM for short, builds the pumps you find on excavators and on a lot of industrial power units. Our deepest Kawasaki coverage is the K3VL open-circuit pump, built from Kawasaki's own K3VL parts list. The table below is what the catalog holds today. "On the shelf" means priced and ready to ship. "Listed, quoted" means the part is cataloged with its Kawasaki number and we price it when you ask. "Sourced to order" means we do not list it yet, but we go and find it.
| Kawasaki family | What we list | How it is supplied |
|---|---|---|
| K3VL, frames 45, 60, 80, 112, 140 and 200 | Over 370 parts by Kawasaki number: rotating group parts, valve plates, regulator and torque limiter parts, bearings and shafts, with a factory parts catalog for each frame | K3VL112/140 regulator seal kit, needle bearing and K3VL112 drive shaft on the shelf; the rest listed, quoted |
| K3V excavator pumps | One front roller bearing for the K3V112FB | Bearing on the shelf; all other K3V parts and seal kits sourced to order |
| K3VL112 and K3VL140 | Pump seal kit P29LH100S0Y, Buna-N | On the shelf |
| K5V excavator pumps | Not listed | Sourced to order from the model code |
| K7V, K3VLS, K3VG, K7VG, K8V, M-series motors and Staffa motors | Not listed | Sourced to order from the model code |
Each K3VL catalog carries the two factory exploded views, the position numbers keyed to them and the quantity per pump: K3VL45, K3VL60, K3VL80, K3VL112, K3VL140 and K3VL200. The series breakdown is on the Kawasaki piston pumps page.

How do Kawasaki part numbers work?
Kawasaki prints its part numbers with a P- prefix. In the factory K3VL parts list a valve plate reads P-29247100686 and a bearing reads P-PAJ503518KD, and the same number covers every frame size it fits. You will see the same numbers written without the dash, as our P29242500916 drive shaft listing is, and we search both ways, so send the number however you have it. A few other things that trip people up:
- K3V and K3VL are different pumps. The names are close, but the K3V is the excavator tandem pump and the K3VL is the single industrial pump. Parts do not cross between them on the strength of the name.
- The fluid field picks the seal kit. The field right after the design series letter in the K3VL ordering code is the hydraulic fluid type: a dash means mineral oil with nitrile seals and a Viton shaft seal, V means Viton throughout, and W means water glycol with nitrile seals including the shaft seal. Order the kit to match.
- Rotation changes parts. In the K3VL parts list, valve plates and valve covers come in clockwise and counterclockwise versions with different numbers. Know your rotation before you order.
- Sometimes the answer is a rebuild, not a part. When a component is gone for good, rebuilding what you have, or matching it by dimension and function, can be the only practical route. We tell you which way we think it should go and why.
If we cannot get it, we say so. A fast no beats a promise that sits on a desk for three weeks.
Are your Kawasaki parts genuine or aftermarket?
Both. RestoPower is an independent supplier, not a Kawasaki Precision Machinery distributor or factory outlet. The two bearings and the K3VL112/140 regulator seal kit on the shelf are genuine Kawasaki and the listings say so; other parts are new aftermarket, OEM-equivalent parts made to the Kawasaki number, and each listing shows the Kawasaki number it replaces. When a genuine factory part is what your application requires, ask for it: we quote genuine where it is available and we always tell you which one you are buying.
Why buy Kawasaki parts from an independent supplier?
| What you need | What we do |
|---|---|
| A K3VL seal kit, bearing or shaft for a running machine | Matched by frame, rotation and fluid type from the ordering code. In-stock parts ship within 24-72 hours. |
| A K3V or K5V excavator pump part | Traced from the model code and serial number, then quoted with price, availability and lead time. |
| A pump that is past saving with parts alone | A rebuild in our shop or through the repair network, or a seal kit if you are doing the work yourself. |
| A worn-out core sitting on the shelf | Credit toward your next order through our core buyback program, which takes Kawasaki units. |
What do I need to send to get the right Kawasaki part?
The full model code from the nameplate, and a photo of the whole plate if you can. Add the serial number, the fluid the machine runs and, if the pump came off equipment, the machine make, model and year. If the tag is unreadable, send photos of the pump from both sides, plus the regulator and end cover, and we work from those. These guides help you get there first:
- How to identify a Kawasaki hydraulic pump, with the ordering code tables for K3V, K5V, K3VL, K3VLS and K3VG.
- Kawasaki K3V and K3VL regulator adjustment and troubleshooting, so you buy the part that actually fixes the problem.
- Hydraulic pump case drain flow test.
- How to tell hydraulic pump rotation.
- How to identify a pump with no tag.
Can you rebuild my Kawasaki pump instead?
Yes. If the valve plate, cylinder block or piston shoes are worn, a seal kit will not bring the pump back. Repairs happen in our shop in Lake Orion, Michigan, or through the RestoPower repair network, and we arrange getting the unit to the shop doing the work. The teardown evaluation is free, you get a firm, itemized quote before any billable work, and work done in our shop carries a 1-year repair warranty. For a network job, the price, turnaround and warranty are confirmed on your quote before work starts. See hydraulic pump, motor and valve repair for what the job covers.
