What Oilgear parts does RestoPower carry?
Our Oilgear catalog is built from Oilgear's own service bulletins: 14 parts catalogs, one per pump frame, each with the factory exploded views, every numbered item with its quantity, and the Oilgear service kit numbers. The table below is what the store holds today, series by series. "On the shelf" means priced and ready to ship. "Listed, quoted" means the part is cataloged with its Oilgear number and we price it when you ask. "Sourced to order" means we do not list it yet, but we go and find it.

|---|---|---|
| PVWJ, sizes 011 through 130 (A, B and C frames) | Over 450 listings: parts by Oilgear number plus seal kits by frame and by type code | Over 250 priced, almost all seal kits; other parts listed, quoted |

Not sure which kit is yours? How to identify an Oilgear pump walks through the type code field by field, and the Oilgear seal kits page groups the kits by series.
Can you get obsolete or discontinued Oilgear parts?
Often, yes. Oilgear pumps run steel mills, presses and process lines for decades, so a pump that outlived its catalog listing is normal work here. A few things worth knowing before you order:
- The seal letter picks the kit. In the PVWJ, PVM and PVG type codes one field is the seal material, and the defaults differ by series: PVWJ and PVG default to Viton, PVM to nitrile. Ordering the wrong material is the most common Oilgear parts mistake we see.
- PVWH sizes line up with PVWJ displacements. The legacy PVWH sizes map onto the PVWJ frames (a PVWH-04 sits in the same frame and displacement class as a PVWJ-011, a PVWH-25 with a PVWJ-064), and the middle digit of the L5082x and K5082x kit numbers is the frame. The two lines share frames but not part numbers, so it tells you which catalog to open, not which part to swap.
- Design series matter. Oilgear changed parts between design series, and on PVM the series letters do not follow frame order: B1 is the A frame. Read the whole code, not just the size.
- Sometimes the answer is a rebuild, not a part. When a component is gone for good, rebuilding what you have, or matching it by dimension and function, can be the only practical route. We tell you which way we think it should go and why.
If we cannot get it, we say so. A fast no beats a promise that sits on a desk for three weeks.
Is an Oilgear PVM the same as a Vickers PVM?
No. Oilgear and Vickers both used PVM for a piston pump series, but they are different manufacturers with different numbering and no parts interchange. Our Oilgear PVM listings are kept separate from the Vickers ones for exactly that reason. If your nameplate says Vickers or Eaton, go to where to buy Vickers parts instead.
Are your Oilgear parts genuine or aftermarket?
Both. RestoPower is an independent supplier, not an Oilgear distributor or factory outlet. Several of the kits on the shelf are genuine Oilgear, and the listing says so; others are new aftermarket, OEM-equivalent kits made to the Oilgear number, and each listing shows the Oilgear number it replaces. When a genuine factory part is what your application requires, ask for it: we quote genuine where it is available and we always tell you which one you are buying.
Why buy Oilgear parts from an independent supplier?
| What you need | What we do |
|---|---|
| A seal kit for a running PVWJ, PVWH, PVWW or PVG pump | Matched by frame and seal material from the type code. In-stock parts ship within 24-72 hours. |
| A part that is no longer cataloged | Traced from the type code and serial number against the service bulletins, then quoted with price, availability and lead time. |
| A pump that is past saving with parts alone | A rebuild in our shop or through the repair network, or a seal kit if you are doing the work yourself. |
| A worn-out core sitting on the shelf | Credit toward your next order through our core buyback program, which takes Oilgear units. |
What do I need to send to get the right Oilgear part?
The nameplate. Every Oilgear piston pump carries a type code and a serial number on the housing, and between them they give the size, design series, seal material, rotation, port arrangement and shaft code. Some parts changed partway through a production run, and the serial number is what settles it. Send a photo of the plate if you can. If the plate is gone, send photos of the pump, the shaft, the mounting flange and the control, and we work from those. These guides help you get there first:
- How to identify an Oilgear hydraulic pump, with the type code tables for PVWJ, PVM, PVG and PVWH.
- Oilgear parts catalog and rebuild guide.
- Oilgear pump parts guide: PVG, PVWH and PVWJ.
- Hydraulic pump case drain flow test, so you buy the part that actually fixes the problem.

Can you rebuild my Oilgear pump instead?
Yes. Oilgear units run at high pressure and are usually worth rebuilding, particularly where no current equivalent exists. Repairs happen in our shop in Lake Orion, Michigan, or through the RestoPower repair network, and we arrange getting the unit to the shop doing the work. The teardown evaluation is free, you get a firm, itemized quote before any billable work, and work done in our shop carries a 1-year repair warranty. For a network job, the price, turnaround and warranty are confirmed on your quote before work starts. See hydraulic pump, motor and valve repair for what the job covers.

Which Oilgear parts are in stock?
In-stock parts ship within 24-72 hours. Today that is over 1,700 seal kit listings for PVWJ, PVWH, PVWW, PVW and PVG pumps, most of them pages for a full Oilgear type code, plus an L50148-9 saddle bearing and the PVG100207 bushing retaining pin. PVM, PVV and PVK parts are listed and quoted on request.
Do you have Oilgear PVM parts?
Yes, over 480 Oilgear PVM parts are listed by Oilgear number across the A, B and C frames, quoted on request. Oilgear PVM is not the same pump as a Vickers PVM, and the parts do not interchange, so check the brand on the nameplate first.
How do I know which Oilgear seal kit I need?
Read the type code on the nameplate. On PVWJ, PVM and PVG pumps one field is the seal material, and it decides the kit. The size and frame decide the rest. If you send us the full type code and serial number, we match the kit for you.
Are your Oilgear parts genuine or aftermarket?
Both. Several of the kits we stock are genuine Oilgear and say so on the listing; others are new aftermarket, OEM-equivalent kits made to the Oilgear number. We always tell you which one you are buying. RestoPower is independent, not an Oilgear distributor.
Can you rebuild my Oilgear pump instead of selling me parts?
Yes. Repairs happen in our shop or through the RestoPower repair network, and we arrange getting the pump to the shop doing the work. The teardown evaluation is free, you get a firm, itemized quote before any billable work, and work done in our shop carries a 1-year repair warranty.
What warranty do Oilgear parts from RestoPower carry?
In-stock parts carry a 2-year warranty. Repair work done in our shop carries a separate 1-year repair warranty.
