Where to Buy Denison Hydraulic Parts

You can buy Denison hydraulic pump parts and seal kits from RestoPower, an independent hydraulic parts supplier and rebuild shop in Lake Orion, Michigan, with over 3,900 Denison parts listed for T6, T67 and T7 vane pumps, Gold Cup piston pumps and the PV and PVT range. For obsolete Denison numbers, including parts Parker has retired, send us the full model code and we reply with price, availability and lead time.

The short answer: T6 and T67 seal kits, shaft seals and drive shafts are on the shelf. The rest of the Denison catalog, vane and piston, is listed with factory part numbers and quoted when you ask. Send us the model code.

What Denison parts does RestoPower carry?

Denison went into Parker Hannifin, and a great deal of the older catalog is now discontinued, so obsolete Denison numbers are routine work here rather than a special request. Our vane catalog is built straight from the Denison service information, one collection per model, with the factory part numbers and exploded views. "On the shelf" means priced and ready to ship. "Listed, quoted" means the part is cataloged with its Denison number and priced when you ask.

Denison family What we list How it is supplied
T6 vane pumps: T6C, T6D, T6E, R, double and triple units Cartridge parts, cam rings, vanes, shafts, bearings and seal kits, one collection per model Seal kits for T6C, T6D, T6E, T6CC, T6DC, T6DR, T6ED and T6EDC, shaft seals and many drive shafts on the shelf; the rest listed, quoted

Gold Cup and PV work is lower volume than the vane range, so most of it is quoted rather than shelf stock. The factory documents are free downloads: Gold Cup P6, P7, P8 spare parts and exploded views (PDF), PV and PVT service information (PDF) and T6C and T6CM service information (PDF). Every other T6 service sheet is on the Denison vane pumps page.

Can you get obsolete or discontinued Denison parts?

Usually, and you will get further if you know a few things about how Denison numbers work:

  • The suffix digit can be the seal material. In the Denison parts lists, a digit added after the base number (the -0 in S24-10170-0) gives the seal: 0 is Buna-N, 4 is EPDM and 5 is Viton. Two kit numbers that differ only in that suffix are the same kit in different rubber, so order the one that matches your fluid. Some listings drop the suffix and name the material in the title instead.
  • A shaft is not always just a shaft. A 034- number is the bare shaft. An S14- or S24- number is the shaft and bearing assembly, with the bearing and retaining ring. Know which one you are pricing before you compare quotes.
  • T7 variable speed drive pumps are different pumps. The VSD versions share only about a third of their part numbers with the standard T7 of the same model code. Tell us if yours is a VSD unit.
  • Manuals print numbers with a period. Denison literature shows 034.48564 where we and most suppliers write 034-48564. Same part.

If Parker has retired your number, or the listed replacement is not a drop-in, send us the pump model code and the part you need. If we cannot get it, we tell you, and we tell you what we would do instead.

Is RestoPower a Parker or Denison distributor, and are the parts genuine?

RestoPower is an independent supplier, not a Parker or Denison distributor or factory outlet. Most of what we sell for Denison pumps is new aftermarket, OEM-equivalent parts made to the Denison part number, and every listing shows the number it replaces. When a genuine factory part is what you need, ask: we quote genuine where it is available and always tell you which one you are buying.

Why buy Denison parts from an independent supplier?

What you need What we do
A T6 seal kit or shaft for a running pump Matched from the model code and seal material. In-stock parts ship within 24-72 hours.
A Gold Cup, PV or PVT part Looked up against the factory parts lists we catalog, then quoted with price, availability and lead time.
A part Parker no longer lists Traced from the model code and the old part number, then quoted or, if it cannot be had, an honest alternative.
A pump past saving with parts alone A rebuild through our repair service, or a seal kit and shaft if you are doing the work yourself.
Old cores on the shelf Credit toward your next order through our core buyback program.

What do I need to send to get the right Denison part?

The full model code from the nameplate, for example a T6 code with its shaft, rotation, port and seal letters, or a Gold Cup or PV code with its control. A photo of the plate saves a round of questions. If the plate is missing, photos of the shaft end, the ports and any cast numbers on the body get us started. These guides help:
